Commission Work

Commission slots are limited, and availability depends greatly on existing requests and my commitments. I seek to balance this artistic pursuit with my full-time job, and deliver pieces that you love in a way that's sustainable.

2. Fill out the Commissions Request Form and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Commissions Guide

Submit a Commissions Request

Types of requests I accept:

Embroidered earrings & brooches using beads, thread & sequins
Framed embroidery (in an embroidery hoop or photo frame)
Sew-on/Iron-on patches

Types of requests I will not accept:

Headbands (perhaps in the future!)
Designs that ask to replicate another artist’s work
Designs that contain inappropriate content (eg. hate speech), or those that do not align with my ethos and values.
Designs that require skills beyond what I can do

Pricing for commission pieces start from SGD $60 onwards. Pieces need to measure a minimum of 1.5cm in diameter or 1.5cm by 1.5cm.

Price is dependent on the type of materials used and complexity of design. I will curate and price the piece fairly based on the design needs. If you have a budget in mind, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate it.

The entire commissions process can take up to 6-9 weeks, depending on the project.

1 week: Needs gathering
- Based on information that has been submitted, I will get in touch with any questions I may have and confirm that I will be taking on your commissions request.
1-2 weeks: Ideation & confirmation of final sketch.
- Once a sketch is confirmed, I will send you an invoice for a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total cost.
1-2 weeks: Sourcing of materials
- Depending on your design, I may have to source for any specialised material. This may take a longer time if you are requesting for specific materials that are hard to source.
3-4 weeks: I will begin working on your piece.
- Once completed, I will send an invoice for the remainder of the cost.
